Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate all ECN with concerned Engineers/Managers from different departments.
- Close Monitor on status of each EC & take the follow up for Overdue activities with the assigned task owners on daily basis.
- Publish Weekly report to all team stating the status of EC’s. Data tracking of status for EC follow-up on daily basis.
- Support SAP activities of TS, NPI & MED Team in Material Creation, BOM creation, Routine setup, Cost roll, follow up for Master data maintenance etc.
- GDAS Drawing upload.
- Support CC7 projects.
- Work on Data entry & data study activities.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Experience in Project Management.
- Experience with SAP.
- Good in MS office package (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Teams).
- Basic knowledge of data management.
- Good communication skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of any CAD software will be added advantage.
- Years of Experience: 2-5 Years
