We constantly review market requirements and map internal competencies to ensure capabilities are always timed to perfection. At Actualize, it is an organizational commitment towards learning and development of our most valuable asset, our employees, and we ensure that a robust and rigorous training road map is developed and executed.
Training and development encompasses three main activities:
- On Job Training: We make sure that each employee goes through vigorous orientation and then works on live projects closely coached and monitored by seniors. The OJT helps them test the acquired knowledge levels and builds critical skills required during delivery of the project.
- Knowledge sharing sessions: It becomes imperative for Actualize to do knowledge management given the industries we operate and the projects being managed. At any given time Actualize would be concurrently working on more than 10 projects spread across geographies and the learning from these projects is shared across the operating teams on an ongoing basis. This process of conscious sharing and learning helps us reduce deployment time of new projects and builds knowledge as an important asset of a data driven organization.
- Industrial Training: Personalized goal assessment is done through a mandatory performance review system and cross-functional feedback is taken and consolidated to deploy individualized training and development program for each employee agnostic of functionality or tenure.
